ODW Logistics’ team of engineers DESIGNED a solution that delivered both transportation and warehouse supply chain efficiencies.

Supporting the client’s supply chain strategy to drive labor content efficiency, a shared campus warehouse solution was IMPLEMENTED.

ODW scaled operations to 450,000 sq. ft. in the shared campus. This solution delivered flexibility and labor content savings.

Prior to partnering with ODW Logistics, the client shipped orders as they were received. This “one in – one out” routing was inefficient and costly.  

ODW IMPLEMENTED a pool distribution solution and multi-stop truckloads that controlled costs and reduced freight touches.

Orders were leveraged across ODW’s network, grouped with like shipments, and consolidated into truckload deliveries. 

The optimized solution brought greater visibility throughout the client's entire supply chain to help them make smarter business decisions.
