Account Coordinator (Columbus, OH)
The Account Coordinator (Columbus, OH) position is primarily located within an ODW LTS Operations Team either directed at customer or carrier resources. Handling the day to day data entry roles along with other support roles within a specific Operations Team are crucial for the success of this positions. Reporting directly to an Operations Team Leader, the Account Coordinator role is of supreme importance to ensure ODW LTS serves both its customers and carriers needs at high levels.
- Lead on AP Rec process and handling AP recs
- Invoice retrieval- obtain invoices for outstanding loads that have not yet been paid
- Lead on entering NIS loads
- Updating LC address books eliminating duplicates, standardizing info
- Assisting tracking when needed
- Assisting scheduling when needed
- Assisting on missed pickup calls when needed
- Some involvement with TMS implementation
- Establishing operational manuals for various processes within the Operation
- Taking overflow customer calls if both account managers and team lead is not available
- Promote and practice of company values (Trust, Team & Opportunities) within team and company
- Physical WH floor checks for counting / confirming on-hand orders in XD inventory if applicable on MCC duties only
- Floor supervision of FL driver (loader) if applicable on MCC duties only
- FL Driver assist/supervision with load locks/strapping during multi-stop loading if applicable on MCC duties only

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or similar Degree level required
- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, sit, walk, use hands to finger, handle or feel as well as reach with hands and arms. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
- This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers and filing cabinets.
- Position is primarily at the ODW Logistics 1654 Williams Road Columbus, OH 43207 office location. If business demands any travel, Management will review with the employee in advance.
- Full time position
- 42.5 hour work week (Monday – Friday only)
- Health, dental and supplementary insurance available on first day of the month after completing 60 calendar days of service.
- 401K enrollment with company match. Available on the first day of the month after completing 90 calendar days of service.
