The Leadership and Development Manager is responsible for the talent development strategy to ensure alignment of organizational programs and initiatives that enhance work performance, develop our leaders and yield successful outcomes. 1. Develop, coordinate, facilitate and administer a comprehensive on-boarding and leadership training curriculum for associates

2. Create and implement the talent development strategy and programs for the business 3. Partner with business units to thoroughly understand and identify needs for hi potential, value add roles and leadership development, career pathing, succession planning and assessment tools

4. Provide thought leadership on organizational needs based on data gathered, talent reviews and succession plans to develop and execute new programs that are critical to the business with successful results

5. Implementation of effective training methods and programs to a diverse population of employees that are geographically dispersed; conduct follow-up on implementations to measure and provide analysis of the impact

6. Management of federal, state and local level EEOC compliance training topics

7. Assess and define developmental needs and create career pathing solutions throughout the organization through collaboration and partnership with business unit leadership

8. Proactively partner with senior leaders in achieving strategic objectives related to talent development for individuals, teams and leaders

9. Provide a consultative assessment and recommendations for a more effective workforce, gap-analysis and learning development opportunities

- 10.Define and/or monitor KPI’s through a combination of internal and external benchmarking and consult with the Director of Talent to align and agree on metrics to analyze performance of learning and development initiatives; provide ongoing insights on process improvement

 Minimum Qualifications Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s Degree • Minimum of 7+ years of experience in leadership development and talent management with a successful track record of delivering high-impact development results Skills and Background

• Demonstrated strong business acumen with the ability to quickly build and establish a high level of trust and credibility with all levels of the organization

• Experience conducting leadership development through multiple mechanisms such as formal instruction, developmental job assignments, 360-degree feedback, executive coaching and self-directed learning

• Ability to maintain budgets and relationships with Vendors and consultants • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Word, Power point, Excel and Teams), Visio, and LMS software

• Strong presentation and communication skills

• Ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects, while being able to adapt easily to change in direction and strategy

• DiSC certification preferred Minimum Physical Requirements • General office working conditions

• Moderate overtime and occasional weekend work required throughout the year. Language Requirements
