Summary/Objective
The Operations Systems Implementation Analyst will support critical business processes as part of onboarding new business and/or warehouses.

- Develop Concept of Operations end to end process
- Maintain cross functional partnerships with sales, IT, and operations stakeholders
- Ensure critical business requirements are gathered and documented
- Translate business requirements to system and process requirements
- Develop user acceptance testing scripts and reporting for executive level visibility in project trajectory
- Develop and execute management and associate systems training plans during new launches
- Support PMO in accurate project reporting, as well as timeline and budget management
- Assist in creating work instructions prior to account go live 9. Participate in implementation Project Team calls
- Provide on site go live support to Operations.
Required
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Logistics, Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience
- 3 – 5 years of experience interfacing with external and internal customers
- Warehouse Management System experience, preferably High Jump and Symmetry
- Operations background
