Abby Zimmerman has joined the ODW Team as Director of Talent Management. She will lead all of ODW’s learning and development, performance management, recruitment, and talent planning strategies and activities. Abby has spent the past 18 years in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management working for JPM Chase, Cardinal Health, Abbott Nutrition, and most recently Safelite AutoGlass. She earned her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a minor in Psychology from Ohio University. Abby also serves on the board of directors for New Directions Career Center, a nonprofit helping women in transition achieve and maintain self-sufficiency.
