Food Logistics, a publication dedicated to the global food and beverage supply chain industry, announced the recipients of its second annual Food Logistics Champions:Rock Stars of the Supply Chain. This award recognizes influential individuals and organizations whose achievements, hard work and vision have shaped and attained milestones in safety, efficiency, productivity and innovation in the industry.

Chad Laucher, account manager with ODW Logistics, Inc., was awarded the 2016 Food LogisticsChampions: Rock Stars of the Supply Chain. Laucher has been pivotal in leading his team and helping a food sector customer realize $315,000 in transportation savings in the first six months of working together. Chad achieved these savings by optimizing customer orders and eliminating wasteful and inefficient order routing. Chad has a career spanning 18 years in the transportation industry with experience in automotive, retail, and the food sector.
